Three people at work – in a modern setting.

Working Together

We partners with organizations and individual leaders to cultivate Creative Health. Through consulting, coaching, and experience design, we shape environments where innovation thrives.

Our work helps leaders and their teams reconnect with creativity through strengthened awareness, imagination and play. We co-create spaces where connection unfolds ideas.

Through our global network, we bring together experts across disciplines: neuroscience, psychology, art, design, and human flourishing.

We make unique experiences possible through consulting, coaching, facilitation, and navigating meaningful conversations.

Previous Collaborators

As a Creative Consultant and Coach, Kathy has had the pleasure of working with some of the most renowned brands in and beyond Switzerland — always with the goal of creating meaningful, positive impact, in close collaboration with Freundliche Grüsse agency.

Ways To Co-Create

  • Do you feel like you’re just getting things done? Like there is no space to be creative anymore?

Through systemic coaching and creative consulting, we explore how practices of mindfulness, imagination, and play create space for new ideas to unfold — starting with inner connection first, with the goal of rippling outward.

In our creative consulting role we’ve worked with corporate clients such as:
Greenpeace, Swiss Paraplegic Foundation, Caritas Switzerland, Coop or Franke.

  • An intentionally designed meeting space serves as fertile ground for creativity.
Our facilitation work connects the inner space with the outer space, activating the body and senses as technologies to tap into collective wisdom. We transform team gatherings into meaningful experiences.
From workshops to team gatherings, we invite participants to think with their hearts, bodies, and minds — and to leave more connected than they arrived.

Our recent collaborations with the Institut für Zukünfte and the Kunstmuseum Wolfsburg beautifully illustrate how embodied experience can become a catalyst for inner transformation.

  • We hold space for meaningful conversations. Whether at conferences, panels, salons, or roundtables, we create atmospheres of trust, curiosity, and presence — spaces where diverse voices connect, exchange, and co-create new ideas.

Recently, our founder Kathy moderated a panel on creativity and AI in front of 300 people at the People & Culture Festival in Berlin and hosted a roundtable on AI × Creativity during Human+Tech Week in San Francisco — continuing our mission to bring depth, dialogue, and humanity into the future of innovation.

Redefining How We Work, Create and Connect

Modern Creativity, founded by Kathy Känzig, emerged from the recognition that thriving in today’s fast-changing, hyper-connected world requires more than productivity and status — it requires continuous work on our Creative Health – a gateway to, wellbeing, and capacity for presence.

After years of creative consulting for leading organizations, Kathy observed a growing gap between performance and presence — and how this gap made it harder to access states of flow. In 2022, she launched Modern Creativity to bridge this divide, already with the vision of helping creatives and their teams strengthen their capacity to reconnect with creativity.

What began as a podcast research project has evolved into a global network for transformation — integrating insights from neuroscience, psychology, art, design, and human flourishing.

Our work blends mindfulness, imagination, and play to cultivate Creative Health — enabling people to feel deeply, think boldly and collaborate with more meaning.

Creative Health Coaching & Experience

“My Creative Health journey with Kathy – a powerful way to realign self-leadership.

As a CEO, I spend most of my days analyzing, thinking, and making strategic decisions. In short, using my brain.

Kathy’s guidance helped me reconnect with creativity as a source of clarity and alignment — learning to lead not only from the mind, but also from intuition, flow, and the heart.

Through her coaching, I was able to release stuck energy, create space for emotion and insight, and see creativity not as performance, but as a practice of presence, joy, and self-care.

Developing rituals to reconnect with my creativity also had a deeply positive impact on my mental health and balance.

It helped me find meaning again in my work. These workshops gave me the clarity to find my way forward and launch new services fully aligned with my purpose. They gave me the fuel I needed to successfully reposition my business.

Kathy helped me rediscover that spark with warmth, curiosity, and care.

Listening as research.
